We recognize the immense responsibility you carry—the long hours spent ministering to your flock, the tireless efforts poured into building a strong community, and the unwavering dedication to spreading God's love.

Addressing Your Pain Points:

Follow-up is a crucial aspect of pastoral care, but we know it's not always easy. The struggle to maintain meaningful connections with your church members amid your myriad responsibilities can feel overwhelming. We've listened to pastors like you across denominations, and we understand your pain points:

  1. Time Constraints: Balancing your pastoral duties with follow-up efforts can be challenging. The limited time available for personal visits and communication can leave you feeling disconnected from your congregation.
  2. Inconsistent Strategies: Without a structured follow-up plan, it's easy to fall into inconsistent practices. Tracking and organizing follow-up activities might become burdensome, leading to missed opportunities to provide meaningful support.
  3. Engagement and Growth: You aspire to see your church grow spiritually and numerically. Engaging your congregation in a way that fosters active involvement can be demanding, leaving you seeking for more effective strategies.
  4. Feeling Overwhelmed: As you shepherd your church, moments of self-doubt and burnout might arise. You wonder if there's a better way to address the diverse needs of your congregation.

Testimonials

Robina Spruill

Proverbs teaches us to pay attention to the character of the people we meet, This is how and what I think of Michael.  He has helped so many people through troubling times.  His compassion, kindness, council,  when they are heavy burden as I was. I being a leader in Ministry can sometimes take its toll on you especially when the former leader doesn’t want to let go of their prior roll.

Things got worse b4 better I spoke with Michael as a leader and friend how I was ready to quit my position and just move on and just be a church member without drama having experiencing church hurt before I wasn’t going through it again.  But God.  Michael’s words of wisdom, council, and encouragement with scriptures helped me to turn this around into the good God already had planned for my life.

Romans 8:28 “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.”
